truth about ranks (or lack of)

Ranks change a little year by year, but not by much. Most houses can be clustered together and just grouped as one "tier". People trying to pigeonhole each house and tie them down in one position have no clue about the fluctuation that is always occurring. So - here are the "tiers" in ALPHABETICAL order:

AXO, DG, Theta, Tridelts
Adpi, Axid, Gphi, KD, Kappa, PiPhi, XO
AGD, AEPhi, AOPi, APhi, DZ, Phi Mu, PSS

Best one I've seen, but I would prob move Tridelts to second row for this upcoming year and move Aphi up one row. Otherwise, spot on and correct! I like the three tiers since so much movement within each one can happen.
