Pretty accurate but really only need three tiers. Just combine 2nd and 3rd row and then totally accurate.

keep 2nd and 3rd separate there’s a huge difference betweeen say gphi and pi phi

Accurate for 2018 recruitment except AXO is not on the same level as theta, tri delt, and dg. AXO is lower. But honestly, is anyone on this site going to acknowledge how bad thetas 21s were? Doesn’t seem like they have a lot going for them. Lower rows are accurate with some shifting here and there

AXO definitely better than tridelts now. I would say After last five years they are top row for sure. GPhi also close to top - better than Aphi and KD, Kappa.

AXO and Gphi can definitely go in/out of top row -

There should be a new top tier of (alphebetically)
AXO
DDD
DG
Gphi
THETA

People can dispute this, but at this point the old "top three" is just that OLD. Get current, things are always changing and this is the new normal.

The people on this site can't get current because they graduated 20 years ago at least. They're either moms or grammas or alums trying to make sure their old house is attractive to their daughters
