should uofi buy the house?

Let's face it, IF Beta ever gets back on campus it will be like 10 years since they had a legit chapter. They finally got back last year and almost instantly got their charter pulled. What's more, their alums and nationals brushed everything under the rug and kept the reason for pulling them secret. It's a bad organization top to bottom.

With that in mind, it would be best if the university were to buy their house and turn it into maybe like a Greek student center or something else. Beta can take the money and buy something less ostentatious, and rebuild with a better class of guys.

By the way, it has been done before. UofI bought the old Kappa Alpha Psi house and turned it into a center for student athletes. It's on the corner of 4th and Armory, across from DU.
