1. Sigma Chi (Sig Chi)
-It was tough deciding this house over PIKE, but their social has been better the past couple years and derby days is still the biggest greek event on campus, well deserved.
2. Pi Kappa Alpha (PIKE)
-RIchest frat and top haus nationally, best physical house as well, but falls a bit short when being called number one on campus.
3. Alpha Tau Omega (ATO)
-Technically not on campus but still recognized as a top haus, rich kids that spend a lot at bars, have great social as well, which is keeping them afloat after losing their recognition from the university
4. Delta Tau Delta (Delts)
-Known as a top haus, not in the top three but well liked socially especially by many top sororities, also have a great philanthropy in the spring
5. Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE)
-Not liked as much across campus as the upper four, it is still recognized as a top tier frat. Rich and exclusive, besides that not much else.
6. Acacia
-Their recruitment and social status kept them from making the top 5, but still an upper tier frat. Great physical house and still does well with sororities
7. Phi Delta Theta (Phi Delt)
-Top of the upper middle, has been at this ranking for a while, while also continuing to have a good reputation and good social.
8. Phi Kappa Psi (Phi Psi)
-New house raises them up a few notches while also being known at the pretty boy frat, is a trap for most sorority women. Their block partners also keep going up in status year by year.
9. Sigma Phi Epsilon (Sig Ep)
-Despite lack of social events/ relations due to their nationals, this house is still well liked and ranked high.
10. Beta Theta Pi (Beta)
-The loss of their physical house and recognition by the university was very tragic for this fraternity, still managed to squeeze by in the top ten out of pity, if they can move back within the year, they will most likely keep their status in upper mid.
11. Lambda Chi Alpha (Lambda Chi)
-Again, their new house helped their social game a lot, along with their rush. Rising and thriving.
12. Zeta Beta Tau (ZBT)
-Doesn't have the best reputation socially due to rumors and bad sorority relations in the past, ranked relatively higher in the mid category due to the ranks of their block partners.
13. Sigma Alpha Mu (Sammys)
-Not known that well socially due to their low socialization with sororities, ranked high due to the richer kids in their house.
14. Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI)
-Falling, physical house is terrible, rush has not been good to them. Their sorority relations are alright, keeping them afloat on this list.
15. Alpha Kappa Lambda (AKL)
-Good physical house, good open house social, bad past sorority relations and poor rush prevent them from rising in this list, hella bar pull keeps them in the top 20
16. Pi Kappa Phi (Pi Kapps)
-Have a half decent social and rushed pretty well this past year. No upper sorority relations keeps them on the lower end of the middle
17. Delta Upsilon (DU)
-Well known open party social fraternity, like above, their lack of upper tier relations prevents them from being ranked higher, along with the quality of their past few pledge classes
