new frat rankings pnms

Top:
1.Sigma Chi (Other houses may not like it, including my self but they killed it so far this school year.)
2.Kappa Sig (fell off with issues with IFC in the fall, should be back up next year.)
3.SAE (Come off as the most douchey, but throw great parties. Chill out with the hazing tho.)
4.Pike (Limited with their house but girls love them and have always done a great job off the row.)
Middle:
5.Theta Chi (definitely can push up towards top, but are definitely going to need a new house.)
6-7.Sammy & ZBT (toss up, both have made tremendous strides these past years. Good parties above average guys.
8.Beta (Limited with their house being not only far but in terms of looks, a nightmare. Definitely know for raging so giving credit where credits due.)
9.AEPI (Impeach your recruitment chairman lol. PC's have taken a nose dive these past couple years.)
10.KA (Average, not to say a terrible house by no means, but just a vanilla fraternity.
11.Pi Kapp (Hit the ground running this last semester, but still got a long way to go.
Bottom:
Sig Ep(Awesome physical house and know for academics, but fall short in every other aspect.)
12.Theta Xi (New fraternity on the row, but have only been around for a couple years. Prolly the next Sammy or ZBT in 2-3 years.)
13.TDX (decent parties and social scene, all they need is a new house to move up)
13.Zeta Psi (no current potential, only able to move up when a house is kicked off.)
14.FIJI (Brand new, took any kid with a heart beat in the fall, but curious to see how they perform when they get the Eller lodge back.
15.Phi delt (Has been and will remain bottom, just the way it is being a dry house.)
