When did Alpha Phi become a top tier house? And what happened to Chi O?

APhi has always been a top house, I don’t know any top frats that do stuff with Chi O

I know someone who was an alpha phi in 2006 (when she joined). At that time it was comparable to she said Chi O, ADPi and Pi Phi.

APhi is not top tier, although they are pretty good.

Would put APhi at same level as Chi O currently, although historicaly Chi O is much more prestigious.

ADPi and PiPhi are both more under the radar but good houses.

My cousin who was an A Phi 03 said their pledge class was on a mission to bring up their rank.

I'd say the only people that would even ask this question are ones that just troll around on this site. Anyone who goes here would put A Phi pretty squarely in the middle. My theory of why they show up as a top house here from time to time is from self ranking.
