real frat ranking from someone not in a frat

I rushed the top 10 houses this semester to get a feel of what all of them are like. Here is how I would rank them:

1)Acacia
2)Pike
3)Delta Tau Delta
4)Sigma Chi
5)Sigma Alpha Epsilon
6)Delta Chi
7)Zeta Beta Tau
8)Phi Gamma Delta
9)Beta Theta Pi
10)Alpha Tau Omega

I would take out Beta, Dchi, and FIJI from that list.

Put in Phi Psi, Sig Eps, and.....not sure about a third one.

Any thoughts on who third one should be?

Just looked at the full list....third one should be Phi Delta Theta.
