kappa is not as strong as aphi, pi phi is not as strong as xo. Maybe in 2013. bye alum.

thats why aphi is in front of kappa and xo is in front of piphi. sorry aphi or xo person but they didn't say they were interchangable

Taking from what seem to be popular comments on here and my own opinion, I would reorder to:
(no order within tiers, but 2 houses could be in the same tier with one house generally considered better, the tiers are just loose groupings)
Top: theta, dg, tridelta
Middle Top: axo, gphi, aphi, kd
Middle: chi o, kkg, adpi, pi phi, axid
Middle Low: aoii, agd, phi sig, sdt
Low: aephi, phi mu, dz
