recruitment roles decisions

Myself and a couple of my good friends weren't selected to rush pnms. We will be the background of the rush process and I was just wondering how the recruitment chairs decide peoples roles? A lot of people in my group I thought would be good at rushing but as my first time going through recruitment, I'm sad I don't get to experience the process.

Are you not equipped socially to inquire of your own sorority sisters as to what is in it for them to not choose you? Are you afraid of the answer? The thing you fear the most is the thing you should do first! Ask her/them. Anonymous people on the internet do not know you or your sorority sisters. We cannot answer your question in a manner that will make logical sense. Feeling hurt is worse than finding out your answer and moving on.
