it doesnt matter as much as how new they are, but what's on their social calander/block, so move sdt up one and phi mu down 1 or 2

there's no way phi mu is above agd and it's DEBATABLE whether they're above SDT or AOII
they're brand new it's going to take some time

They are new and they are not all hot.

But they are already above DZ, AOPi, SDT, AEPhi, and AGD.

They are new and fresh and have a good attitude, and I would rather hang out with them than the houses listed above.

And even if you say they are not "better" at the moment, they are moving up and have a positive attitude. Those other 5 are moving down and have a negative attitude.
