Does anybody know why KD is selling their house? It is on real estate sites listed at $2.6Million. Seems like a nice place.

they're rebuilding in champaign starting this summer. nobody really wants to live on the urbana half of campus, it's so far from everything social

Thanks for the quick reply. I guess that makes sense, maybe they are making a larger house as well.

Might be a good opportunity for someone else, because based on the pics in that listing it seems like it is in good condition.
