I'm in Phi Mu and we're doing informal. However you should probably reach out to one of the girls to get a recommendation to get in. Good luck with informal recruitment!

Just contact the Panhellenic VP of recruitment. She will get your name on the list of PNMs interested in COB and then the houses will contact you.
