junior quota

I'm a transfer, looking to rush. Do top houses have junior quota or do they only take freshmen? I'm open to all houses but am curious. I'm also 21, will that be an issue?

Yes every house has a junior quota

Juniors seniors and study abroad are included in a separate quota. It's a good system.
