by: curiousany tips? how does it work as in what do houses look for each round? it seems crazy that decisions are made based on quick conversations with little other information. any advice?

After they look at recs and your social media, it will come down to your personality and presentation. Any attitude problems you may have, keep them in check. Smile. Act like a lady. Be polite. Dress to impress. This is like a job interview as in common interests, common goals and common personalities while looking and acting your best. Be genuine and be open to the process.
