I love that people have woken up and realized that things have changed. Here is my opinion...
Houses are interchangeable within their tier
Top top: tridelt//dg//gphi
Lower top: theta//axo// aphi
Upper mid: kd//kkg
Mid: xo//adpi//axid
Lower mid: piphi//phisig
Upper bottom: agd//aephi
Bottom: sdt//aopi//dz
The reality is that gphi and tridelt have risen to the top while theta has fallen. Axo and aphi need to chill and stop thinking they are top tier. Xo has fallen. Phisig has made major progress in the time that they have been on campus. Agd has not kept up with the other middle tier houses.

I haven't seen AXO try to place them selves up on top tier but I have seen GPhi posts that keep placing them there. I don't think it's AXO that's self ranking - maybe Aphi and definitely Gphi. You are all three still second tier. Maybe this year will change things up.

phi sig sit down, and switch aephi with dz.
don't think we haven't noticed you subtly self ranking recently to try and get a better rush aephi, why don't you just try working harder at recruitment.

Whatever precise position you put them in, you have to admit Phi Sig has made a lot of progress in a short time.
I like them, but if you don't, the good news is that there are about 18 other good houses to choose from.

Good point. People always focus on grades but they seem to only matter when it comes to putting top houses further down, why not apply that to phisig? Being below Panhellenic average two semesters in a row is not good

^^^ that's kind of old school - now G Phi is definitely top tier and A Phi is second tier.
