delta chi or sigma nu

As an entering freshman, I know older guys from my town in both these houses.
Both have invited me to visit when school starts.
I guess both are considered small houses in comparison to others?
Can I get some meaningful comments on both from kids with no "axe to grind" either way?
It'd be great if you actually know some of the guys in the house.

Socially wise Sigma Chi is way ahead of Sigma Nu. If you are just looking in it to party with top sororities go there. They also ar rumored to have relentless hazing so be aware of that. Granted if you make it through you will have a good time.

Sigma Nu is known to be a smaller more selective house that focuses on brotherhood and they dont haze. But they do have social events at bars alot but with lower mid sororities.

But honestly just check both houses out and join whereever you fit in best with the people. Dont try to change urself to fit in.
