Just wondering. Do all fraternities have house moms?

I don't know about all cases, but sometimes it is preferred/mandated by the alumni (or landlord if the house is rented). By the way, in some cases it is a man rather than a woman. No set rule on that.

I think there are plusses and minuses either way.
