SO where is Phi Mu moving when they recolonize? Are they taking back the Acacia house?

they are not taking back the Acacia house, Acacia now owns that house

Acacia beat DZ in a bidding war for that house a few years back so it's theirs for good. I heard that Phi Mu is planning on buying/has bought a house over in Urbana near DZ
