Anyone notice how there were 5 or 6 new ratings all on the same day giving all 5 stars? Real cool to rate your own frat, bro. These guys are real nice and classy but a bit on the nerdy side. Parties are average, they don't pull the hottest chicks but everyone is fun. Was a bottom frat, but getting better

Not a top 3 frat, but definitively in the top 8 or 10 at least. Nice guys, classy, and always fun. The house isn't as nice as some of the other top frats but it's still alright. Overall, these boys are attractive and classy and know how to have fun.
