the hotness is kinda split, some are really hot, some not. idk about the popularity. i always see them can shaking for autism or something, and the fundraising comedy show they always do is really funny! a really creepy kid hit on my once while i was there but idk if he was a bro. if they invite you to stay for afterparty do it!!! so much fun once the hordes leave!

AEPi at Temple is by far the best fraternity on campus. They have the biggest house on campus (3 floors + basement), the best drink system (2 beer can stations + 1 liquor/jungle juice bar), and the best dance parties. On the weekends, their basement gets packed to around 600 people but since the house is so big, you never feel crammed. A few sets of lights, a huge sound system, and 2 incredible DJs makes AEPi the place to go if you want to have fun! They do charge everyone who walks in though simply because their drink stations are so efficient (no waiting for 20 mins to get to the keg tap). The brothers are also very nice and welcoming!

DZ girls are awesome. they have a great time and they have good relationships with all the other fraternities and sororities. I'm in a frat, and DZ is for sure the better sorority

the Delta Phi Epsilon girls are awesome girls that are friendly and in my opinion the best sorority on campus! they founded in 2009 so it's been rough and they certainly didn't start out the best but with every new pledge class, the girls get better and better and the sorority is also very involved and has won many awards on campus
