Frat ranks spring 2026

top:
DChi, Pike, Sig Chi, ATO, BSB, Sig Pi

not much to say here these are the obvious ones and they’re not changing unless you don’t count dchi anymore for being suspended

lower top:
Acacia, DU, Phi Psi, Sig Ep

Acacia and DU are locks here. Phi psi and sig ep have been falling recently though because their parties haven’t been great.

Upper mid:
TKE, Phi Who, Asig, ZBT, Pi Kapp, APD

TKE and phi who fell off a bit. Asig and ZBT have stayed here. Pi kapp is a lot better than last semester they were so ass. APD is either really good or mid

between upper mid and mid:
AGR

this is the only one in this rank because I don’t think they’re as good as any of the frats in upper mid but not as bad as the ones in mid. Just very inconsistent

Mid:
Dsig, PKT, Chi Phi

Dsig and PKT are the definition of mid. Some good parties and some bad ones. At least DSig has a cool pyramid. Chi phi being here is generous tbh

lower mid:
TDX, AEPI, Crow, Fiji, Far Sig, Skulls, Phi Delt, TEP, Treehouse

Honestly u could maybe put TDX in mid but their parties are not good, same with AEPI. The rest of these frats are really boring and a lot of weird brothers. Only reason treehouse isn’t bottom is because they have really fun state patties sometime

bottom:
Zeta Psi, Ksig, Triangle, AKL

Bottom of the barrel. I could maybe see Ksig moving up if they get a house. The rest are never leaving this
