i mean both are still bottom but I think dphie attracts more "weird" girls so that's probably why it's harder for them to recruit. However, asa is still such a newer chapter and also most girls have probably never even heard of them prior to rush given that they don't have many chapters across the country.
ASA has less members so the 1 active with 2-3 pnm ratio is quite off putting compared to basically all other chapters. However DPhiE can be seen as "weird" by pnms and I know that they have bad retention compared to asa and many other chapters.

for dphie's retention, my friend was a member and about 1/3 of her pc dropped (including her) at the start of the fall semester. yes, asa has less members but I don't think a lot of members drop as fast as dphie. the "weird" girls are mostly those with like a alt style/liberal mindset which I do feel is inline with their IHQ. I personally had a back experience with dphie during rush as my recruiter was very rude when I telling her about how the Tiffany necklace I was wearing was super special to me and overall just seem to dislike my style and looks.

Literally, like it’s ruining their already poor reputation but putting the chopped girls on their socials. Jealousy is definitely possible in the house

Can you explain what "weird" is? ASA has 1/2 the members that DPhiE has. Also, where are these retention rates you speak about?
