Chi Phi is touse?

It seems once Quinn Regan left chi phi they completely fell off. I'm just confused because they were on touse watch but then Quinn Regan left and they are just falling off. Chi Phi no longer rips

I’ve also heard this. As a fellow touse member I think this fall off needs to be studied
