MID: APD/ASIG, ZBT, AGR, SAE, PIKAPP, Chi Phi

LOWER MID: DSIG, PKT, TDX, FIJI, FARSIG

BOTTOM: CROW, SKULLS, TREEHOUSE, THETA CHI, PHI DELT, ZETA PSI, TRIANGLE, AKL

EXPLANATIONS:
(DCHI, BSB, PIKE) top 3 because of attractive brothers, connections to sorority’s, and good parties. These 3 have always been here since the 2010’s
ATO: ATO Moved down because their parties suck for being a “top house” and aren’t very great socially. The reason they are still top is because of thon and IFC.

TKE: Moved down a lot because of their horrible weirdo pc and bad parties.
Phi Who: Best party of the year, and the rest of their parties on par with the rest of upper mid tier. They move up.

SAE: Pulled in a great pc and had upper mid level parties all semester. They are getting back to where they used to be before they got kicked off.

Chi Phi: Decent parties and good PC from what i’ve heard (i don’t go here)

PKT: Definitely moving up with fun parties and a decent pc. needs a few more good pcs. (I don’t go here)

for the rest I don’t go to them but from what I hear TDX is getting better.
