ACCURATE FRAT TIERS FOR THIS SEM (no agr self rank)

genuinely tired of agr self ranking and trying to put themselves above apd. APD is a lot better and always has been.

All the frats are in tiers and some are better than others in their tiers

Tier 1: DCHI, BSB, PIKE, ATO, SIGCHI

Tier 2: SIG EP, SIG PI, PHI PSI, ACACIA, DU

Tier 3: PHI WHO,ASIG, TKE, APD, ZBT

Tier 4: PI KAPP, AGR, PKT, SAE, CHI PHI, DSIG, (AEPI gone but would’ve been here)

Tier 5: TDX, CROW, PHI DELT, AKL, SKULLS/FARSIG
