bsb/pike - also top

sig chi - fire house fire parties

sig pi/sig ep - good guys packed parties I always go when they throw

phi psi - just not as good as sig ep or sig pi kinda overrated imo

acacia - biggest house should be a lot better but still good

phi who - usually top mid/upper mid but with whoville and with their past few good pcs they belong top 10 (not any higher not above acacia)

du - fire house, good location, nice brothers and the parties are always super fun whenever I go I prefer them over tke

tke - good house but their new pc kind of sucks and they only throw darties

apd - pits great and fun but house becomes bad as soon as its too cold to use

asig/zbt/agr - the most mid houses nothing really separates them or makes them better than any other house listed above

the rest of the houses are pretty much the same and have nothing differentiable about them
