Rising:
ATO: became the top frat at PSU
AGR: After lambda ended they became the fastest rising frat, they will be lower top soon
SAE: they are still very mid but get better every year, will be top in 10 years

Falling:
Sig Chi: the bottom top frat
DU: ❄️ Bust f*cked DU
AEPI: Completely irrelevant now
(HM: Pi kapp, Chi Phi

Stagnant:
Dchi and BSB: top 4, will stay there
(SIg Ep, Phi Psi, Acacia, Sig Pi): GOOD FRATS
(Zbt, Phi Who, Asig): Share the middest girls but solid frats
TKE and ZBT: TKE is good, Zbt is MID that’s how it will be for a while

At the end of the day all of these frats are solid, and some good ones were left out. All frats are worth rushing but some will give you more benefits than others.
