Everyone has their own opinions but if you want the real honest answer this is it. Every house in their tier has similarities to others of that same tier. If you want a “typical” fraternity experience go to houses in middle tier and above. Not saying the houses below aren’t fun and aren’t worth joining, just probably not going to have an experience similar tho those above.
