Rushing Same Fraternity Next Semester

I didnt get a bid in the fall, and am considering rushing the same fraternity in the spring since the PC's are bigger. I still think Im on good terms with the brothers but dont know if I should rush them again this semester

If they didn't want you before, why would they want you now? And why would you still want to be part of them?
