Honest opinion of frat scene at PennState

Hey guys I'd thought I'd try and help for the upcoming fall semester. Was talking with my friends about this and this is just a fair overall opinion of the current frat scene.

Acacia: Not what they used to be. Just keep hearing so much negativity recently. The guys do really need to pull their act together cause the parties can still be fun. Been on a decline recently compared to other houses.

DChi: Yea they’re top for a reason. DChi has always been a good place, good guys, and great relations with the girls. Hazing is a little brutal here but accepting a bid is amazing if you get one.

Pike: Good group of guys and their late nights are fun. Don't social as much but still another good choice.

Lambda: Honestly not sure what's going on. Apparently they cannot get sororities and haven’t been in their house but nothing bad to really say about them. Good Spring class apparently.

Sig Ep: A great place for parties. The guys have always been nothing but nice and they got a great spring class.

Phi Psi: Daylongs are nothing but fun for sure. The yard gets filled like crazy and its always been a fun spot to go to.

ATO: Parties aren’t as crazy but they are still good guys and their strong relations with the school is great.

TKE: Kinda disappointed. Used to be a fun place to go and still is but there are just other places I'd go to before going back to the castle.

Sig Chi: Fell off I guess. They've been disaffiliated with the school but still built a fence. Not what they used to be for sure.

AEPI: Not truly my scene but girls I know still go there. Not every guy is bad but they do tend to pull the creepy card now and then but I mean so does every house. Girls just want to have fun and be treated with respect, always hearing bad things from there turns me off from going.

DU: I've only been in the house once and the guys were friendly but can definitely come across as shy. Trust me when I say girls like it if you want to talk to them just don't be creepy and we can all have a good time. Heard more good things from here since I've been.

This is just how we see it. Instead of worrying about who's better just rush good guys, treat girls good, and throw fun parties.
