APD and TEP might pass Fiji over time because their brotherhoods are small with room for growth but Fiji pulls much better orgs than anyone in that tier and has fewer goobers. Fiji stays in upper mid.

Room for growth doesn't mean too much if they pull in a bunch of goobers.Idk if majority of the brothers in APD & TEP are quality guys that know how to recruit and choose the right guys...

Top of 6 needs to do a lot of work to be considered low 4. Fiji def stays in 4 for now though, solid group of brothers comparable to TDX and probably better than phi who. One bad rush won’t move them down considering they had a solid fall class
