PKT should be lower middle tier and AKL has 14 brothers they should be dead bottom

Middle tier should be pi kapp, far sig, APD, TEP, Chi Phi and Kappa sig (if you want to count kicked chapters). That’s in no particular order. AKL and skulls do not belong anywhere near that list.
