Rushes beware of these

These frats have all been falling off and were not as relevant last semester so now they’re trying to push old rankings for rush this semester. Im not saying avoid them but a lot of self ranks are putting them higher than they belong.
Sig Chi - no longer recognized by university, seems to have thrown less parties lately, trouble recruiting
BSB - recently got house back, lost a lot of older brothers who DA’d, dropping a bit socially
Lambda - just got their house back this semester, struggling to recruit guys, lost a lot of social standing
Aepi - kinda got screwed with an SA case that apparently wasn’t even them but it hurt their recruiting and socials, really just not the same as they used to be
All still good houses in upper mid as of now but be careful of joining a house with a continuing downward trend.
