1. Sig Pi- a middle tier house that wants to be top so bad that they are not his site 24/7
2. Phi Psi- another middle tier house that wants to top and lie 24/7
3. Far Sig- irrelevant house from a distant land that quite frankly knows it’s a bottom tier house and tries to sneak into middle tiers on lists
4. APD- honorable mention
5. Skulls- honorable mention
6. TEP- honorable mention
7. Any houses that are new (Pi Lam, DSig)

massive emphasis on phi psi… don’t belong anywhere near the top. don’t think any ranking made by anyone other than phi psi would include them in top tier
