2. Sig Ep, ATO,
3. TKE, DU, AEPI, Lambda, Phi Psi
Top houses: Great parties, large brotherhoods, Great social pairs, lots of involvement. Rarely host with frats below the top tier if ever.
UPPER MIDDLE TIER
4. Sig Pi, AGR, Phi Who, TDX, FIJI
Upper middle: Rarely seen hosting with frats above or below them. Above Average, parties, some worse and some better than others, average and large size brother hoods, average involvement and slightly above average social connects
MIDDLE TIER
5. Far Sig, Pi Kapp, APD, TEP
Middle: Some of these frats can be seen hosting occasionally with frats above or below them. Some average and some slightly above average parties, average social connections, medium and smaller sized brotherhoods. Average involvement.
LOWER MIDDLE TIER
6. Skulls, ZBT, PKT
Lower mid: Some of these frats can be seen hosting occasionally with frats above or below them. Below average social connects and parties. Small brotherhood sizes with some mediums, Less involvement.
BOTTOM TIER
7. Dsig, ADPhi, SAE, Alpha Sig, AKL
Bottom: None or 1-2 social connects if that, mostly freshman go to these frats and their parties die out in the spring once the freshman girls rush, Small to almost non existent in terms of #’s for brothers. Little to no involvement.

This is a very good description breakdown, all I would say, and this is a problem I have with the tier system in general, is that there are 10 top tiers and 14 not top teir. We can all agree that 1 is top tier, but be honest, Is lambda? Is TKE? Is DU?
Also you know sig pi is seething because they are in upper mid and not in top
