every rank that has TKE in 2 or Dsig in 5 is a self rank. TKE is good but not that great and Dsig is new house this year with 0 social pairs that lets in anyone who shows up

TKE is carried heavily by the frats they social with, but probably won’t even have social partners much longer due to not being able to throw a good social all semester.
