Only logical top spring rankings after rush

Based off of the PCs. Not the overall house. D Chi got railed in rush and took a much worse class than were supposed to. Sig Chi lost lots of kids because of no house and no recognition, many kids that rushed there went somewhere else. Sammy took a solid PC. BSB dropping like a lot. Pike took a good class. Lots of kids ended up going to Acacia, ATO and TKE because of houses being booted. All took solid PCs.
