Thinking of rushing at FALL 21. Any suggestions?

I took a break from penn state and was in army for couple of years. Planning to come back to PSU this upcoming fall and not having a single friend in campus. what fraternity should I look out for (looking for decent brotherhood). Do they give about bids to someone like me who doesnt know anyone in the campus?

Rush low-mid tiers they have closer brotherhoods and join wherever u like the guys more
