There is no difference here:

KKG/KD/THETA
APHI/PIPHI

They all social the same. If anything I would say PiPhi has dropped from the "top" to more the Upper mid with these chapters: GPHI,AXID,ZTA,DG and I'd move APhi up with Kappa, KD and Theta. Pi Phi has been dropping hard the last few years.
