Top Tier (Best Socially)

1. D Chi, Beta sig, Sig Chi
2. Pike, Sig Ep, Acacia
3. ATO, Lambda, TKE, AEPI

Upper Tier (Good socially)

4. DU, Phi Psi, Phi Who, AGR, Sig Pi
5. Fiji, Kappa Sig, TDX, ZBT

Lower Tier (Okay socially)

6. Pikapp, Chi Phi, AKL, Skulls
7. Tep Far Sig, APD, D Sig

Bottom Tier (not the best socially)
8. PKT, Sig Tau, AZ, DTS
9. Treehouse, ADPhi, Pi Lam, Alpha Sig, Triangle

Tier 1 should be D Chi, Beta sig and Sig Chi as undeniable top three
Tier 2 should be Pike, Sig Ep and Acacia as Pike has lost credibility as Sig Ep and Acacia continue to separate themselves from the tier 3 frats.
Tier 3 leads off with ATO. I put them here because they are honestly closer to AEPI than they are to Acacia in quality of brothers and parties, followed by the rest of tier 3.

Tier 4 starts off with DU. I decided to put them here because again, the quality of brothers in DU is more similar to Phi Psi than any of the tier 3 frats. DU is working hard to move up, they just are not quite there yet. They don't match us yet to AEPI/TKE. Followed DU by the rest of the standard tier 4 frats -- Phi Psi, Phi Who, AGR and Sig Pi
