They are being investigated because a third party that called. The third party is not affiliated with the chapter nor has any evidence that anything actually occurred. They are basically being declared guilty until proven innocent.
Since the anonymous caller had no evidence, I’d say that within 2 weeks, the investigation will be done and they will be declared not guilty.
