What’s the deal with Phi Who getting moved up to top tier. When I went for rush they had some wack brothers which is why I didn’t join. Are they really that good?

They live on this site. They have hella creepy short dudes and are nowhere near top tier, more realistically on the tdx and Fiji level since they social with sig kap and tri sig.

I don’t get all the slander. They had a pretty solid rush they had like the 2nd or 3rd most kids. Every time I’m there, it’s a good time. I think they are exactly where they should be lol
