why is skulls not top tier

These guys know how to rage. No doubt they’re climbing. Have you seen the chicks? Not to mention the dope house across from canyon pizza. People who disagree haven’t been to a true social and are haters? Can we finally give them the respect they deserve? Skulls has gotta be #1

Their pledges classes. They don’t match some of the others. Get better pledge classes and maybe we will start talking.

Thats 100% facts its the people in the house that matters the most. However I do understand the fact that with quality frat brothers in the house; Skulls would be a force to be reckon with its location and house. People need to give skulls a chance however its would be difficult at first building it up. The 76ers went like 9-72 before

Man fr like SAE literally had the same location as skulls, there house is almost the size of skulls (if not a little bigger) and they were the best at there time. With that location skulls should be top tier,, it is probably the brothers are no that good enough,, they need a better pledge class and more brothers in the house.
