made multiple 2nd lists.. and only one text back

Don’t understand how I could make 6 second lists and only get one text back. Rush here at state is very broken and rigged, didn’t even get a chance to attend the first event to prove myself.. their loss.

I heard that some houses literally wipe out half of the second lists just bc they can. Like they get rid of people that don't know other brothers or aren't legacies. But usually that's the tops, not everything else. Which houses did you make lists at?
