why does chi phi have beef with literally every frat?

Srs. Pikapp doesn't like them. Skulls doesn't like them. AKL doesn't like them. DKE doesn't like them. Far Sig doesn't like them. FIJI hates them. Chi Phi is the most hated house at Penn State and it's not even close.
