MIDDLE TIER is 75% of every school's tier system. Most people are considered average just like most frats should be a middle tier. There can't only be like one line solely dedicated to middle. Freshmen I would avoid this. Also this is from 2016 when Penn State wasn't even a ranked football team. Let it sink to the bottom.
