This a dumb ass question. It’s good brotherhood everywhere, but every brotherhood is different. No one has the best because it’s subjective based on what type of person you are or what you’re into.

The make up of a frats brotherhood changes within 2 years. Within 2 years the seniors filter out of the parties and the house and its completely different than what it was. The brotherhood is what you make of it.
