how do i get into a top tier frat?

I don’t care about brotherhood or where I fit in best honestly. I already have a friend group, that’s not what I’m looking for. I’m trying to join a frat that will provide me with a cool house, hot girls, the best parties, and social connections. How do I get into one of those frats if I don’t have connections beforehand?

Dude I'm not even in a fraternity as of yet and I can tell you that that isn't what they're about. If that's what you want, you won't get it there's more to fraternities than that. If you want that then you shouldn't be part of a fraternity. Just hang out with your friends instead.
