what's the difference? I can't get a read. there are a lot of stereotypes and I can't tell which are real and which aren't. Thoughts?

this is dumb. kappa and theta are both top houses. theyre both good just go whichever you think you fit in with best/vibe with. Theyre all friends with eachother anyways

-KD is edgy, dgaf kind of vibe. Very straightforward girls — you kind of always know where you stand
-Theta is more chill, free people/Coachella. Probably nicest of the 3
