top tier sucks! rush middle tier!

Straight up heard stories of brothers from the big houses like D Chi, Acacia, etc. not even getting into their own parties because since they have 100+ brothers they all don't know each other. The whole point of joining a fraternity is to find a group of guys you would ride or die for and I know I would be pissed if I didn't get into my own houses social because my "brother" working the front door doesn't even know who I am.

Im in a middle tier and think this is BS.
Even if the guy at the door doesn't know you. You can provide proof you're a brother so easily. You must not be part of greek life.
